Specialising in bringing under-performing Business Continuity programmes up to professional industry standard levels, Rob has a track record of working with businesses to ensure engagement and involvement with the Business Continuity programme.

Rob develops and implements crisis management capability and training. He has extensive experience of crisis management and leading crisis management teams.

He develops and runs full exec team scenario exercises as part of a company-wide awareness regime to ensure practical incident management skills are developed in the business in order to develop a more resilient organisation.

He has developed and conducted cyber exercises in conjunction with the National Cyber Crime unit and been involved with multi-agency (999 services) exercises.

Rob has extensive audit experience both from auditor and auditee perspective and has led teams to numerous ISO certifications.

Having worked with blue chip organisations such as O2, BMW, British Gas, M&S & Capita as well as SME’s and charities, you can be confident in a professional service. He has been admitted as a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI). Rob is also chair of the BCI North West Chapter.

He has over 15 years’ experience in Business Continuity, Risk Management and Security solutions as well as over 20 years IT experience in a number of technologies. Rob specialises in Crisis Management exercises and training, Business Continuity programme, Business Continuity plan & crisis management plan development and awareness.

Rob has extensive experience in achieving certifications for ISO 22301 & ISO 27001 (Business Continuity & Information Security standards) and is a Lead Auditor for both standards.
